Project management
When we are employed as the Project Manager of your dream, whether small or large , bathroom or complete home, it is our responsibility to ensure the success of the construction project. We oversee every aspect of the project including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure phases. This is to ensure that the timeframe and budget targets are met.
On site we consult with all Trades and specialists to ensure a smooth completion of the project to the highest possible standard and quality. Part of this process will be to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. We will ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of the projects progress and that any changes are communicated effectively.
We can combine our other services into the project to give you a complete inhouse service, integrating our building, electrical and carpentry departments with any other specialist services or trades that may be required. In effect we will manage a smooth execution and completion.
Only having one point of contact for yourselves will make life easier and less stressful for you, ensuring the finished project is that much more enjoyable.
